If you look at the banner above, you can see that this blog is about John and me, his writing and books and my decorating and cooking. It also shows our business logos. And I think it shows we want to have fun doing it, and not take ourselves too seriously
My posts will be on decorating and cooking and pretty ordinary everyday subjects, similar to what I did in my old neglected blog, “Let’s Talk Decorating”, while John’s will probably be more serious and dealing with the world, and our society, and his thoughts on how we can develop our reading and thinking power.
While I was working on this, my daughter sent me photos of her youngest in the pajamas we gave her for Christmas. Each nightie, one for her and one for her sister came with a doll-sized gown. John and I were huddled under the cozy buffalo check throw our oldest daughter gave me for my birthday last year, so John took a “selfie” of us and we sent it back. We’re still chuckling
